Due Today = Doomsday
Today I have to turn in a complete, final version of my dissertation to all committee members. Thus, I have termed today: Due Day Doomsday.
It should look like this outside.
Today feels heavy. I am frantic. It seems like every sentence I type is critical.
Perhaps Emerson has wisdom to offer afterall: “One of the illusions of life is that the present hour is not the critical, decisive hour.... No man has learned anything rightly, until he knows that every day is Doomsday" -Ralph Waldo Emerson
